Neural Manipulation 1 — Neuromeningeal & Trauma

An integrative manual approach to trauma and whiplash through the neuromeningeal system.

The entry to neural work. Understand how trauma and whiplash imprint themselves on the nervous system and learn to release neuromeningeal restrictions.

NM1 opens the Neural Manipulation program with a fundamental principle: a nerve only works well when it can move freely through its surrounding structures. This three-day course explores how trauma and whiplash affect the nervous system and teaches you to restore nerve mobility, improve intraneural blood supply, and re-establish local and systemic responsiveness. You will work in detail with neural anatomy to understand how nerve restrictions turn into pathological changes — and how precise manual intervention can reverse them. Although not formally required, prior training in Visceral Manipulation (VM1) or CranioSacral Therapy is highly recommended to have the refined light-touch palpation this work demands.

What you will learn

  • Understand nerve conduction, electromagnetic conduction and intraneural blood supply
  • Recognize how trauma and whiplash affect the neuromeningeal system
  • Release restrictions to restore nerve mobility and responsiveness
  • Apply precise manual therapy principles to the nervous system

Prerequisites

Healthcare professional. VM1 or CST strongly recommended.
