Neural Manipulation 2 — Peripheral Nerves, Upper Body

Release the peripheral nerves of the upper extremities from their connective tissue entrapments.

Advanced work with the peripheral nerves of the upper body. Learn to identify and release "nerve buds" that signal intraneural pressure overload.

NM2 addresses what happens when a nerve becomes fixed: it loses its capacity to glide and stretch, intra- and peri-neural pressure increases sharply, and the consistency of the nerve itself changes. You will learn to identify nerve buds — hardened, sensitive or painful sections that indicate intraneural interference, pressure overload or localized fibrosis — and release them with precision. Palpation of the skin branches of peripheral nerves becomes both an assessment and a treatment tool: sensitivity in these surface branches usually signals deeper fixations. The course focuses on upper-body nerves including the brachial plexus and its branches, with special attention to common clinical patterns like carpal tunnel, thoracic outlet syndrome and cervicobrachial pain.

What you will learn

  • Identify nerve buds and their clinical significance
  • Release upper-body peripheral nerve fixations with precision
  • Use skin branches as both assessment and treatment windows
  • Integrate neural work into upper-extremity pain management
