Neural Manipulation 3 — Peripheral Nerves, Lower Body

Release the peripheral nerves of the lower extremities and the lumbosacral plexus.

Apply the NM2 principles to the lower body — sciatica, cruralgia, neuralgias and lumbosacral plexus entrapments.

NM3 mirrors the methodology of NM2 applied to the lower body. You will evaluate and treat the peripheral nerves of the lower extremities and the lumbosacral plexus, addressing fixations that compromise nerve conductivity and blood supply. The course emphasizes palpation of skin branches as both evaluation and treatment windows, and teaches you to restore mobility to fixed nerves while respecting their fragile nature. Clinical applications cover sciatica, cruralgia, peripheral neuralgias, meralgia paresthetica, and post-surgical neural adhesions.

What you will learn

  • Evaluate and treat peripheral nerves of the lower body
  • Release lumbosacral plexus fixations
  • Address sciatica, cruralgia and related pain patterns
  • Integrate neural work with visceral and articular approaches
