New Manual Articular Approach — Spine & Pelvis

The integrated articular approach applied to the spine and pelvic ring.

Bring the multi-system articular model into the spine — vertebral joints, sacroiliac joints and the pelvic ring as one functional unit.

MASP applies the New Manual Articular Approach to the vertebral column, the sacroiliac joints and the pelvic ring. You will treat vertebral and sacroiliac joints as complex structures containing nerves, vessels, ligaments and visceral attachments, rather than as simple bone articulations. The course provides tools for chronic back pain, sacroiliac dysfunction, pelvic asymmetries and recurring vertebral blockages that resist conventional manipulation.

What you will learn

  • Treat vertebral joints with an integrated multi-system approach
  • Address sacroiliac and pelvic ring dysfunctions
  • Recognize visceral contributions to spinal patterns
  • Apply direct and indirect techniques to the axial skeleton
