Polyvagal Manual Therapy integrates Stephen Porges’s polyvagal theory with Barral’s manual therapy. You will learn to recognize the polyvagal state of your patient, understand how vagal tone shapes clinical presentations, and apply manual techniques that specifically support autonomic regulation. The first level introduces the theoretical framework and foundational manual techniques for the vagal complex.
